How do you ensure the chocolates don't melt during shipping?
We utilize specialized temperature-controlled packaging, including insulated liners and frozen gel packs, to ensure your chocolates arrive in perfect condition regardless of the climate.
Are your chocolates gluten-free and vegan-friendly?
Many of our haut-chocolat collections are naturally gluten-free. We also offer a dedicated range of vegan truffles made with coconut cream and high-quality dark chocolate. Please check the specific ingredient labels for allergen details.
What is the shelf life of your truffles?
Because we use fresh cream and no preservatives, our truffles are best enjoyed within 10 to 14 days of receipt. For longer storage, keep them in a cool, dry place between 65°F and 70°F.
Can I customize a gift box with specific flavors?
While our curated collections are designed to take you on a specific sensory journey, we do offer 'Build Your Own' options for select box sizes where you can choose your favorite exotic infusions.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. Due to the perishable nature of our products and customs regulations, we are unable to ship to other international destinations at this time.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our chocolate, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or you are unsatisfied with your experience, please contact our concierge team within 48 hours for a resolution.
